History

Zanron Mechanical Services has been a trusted mechanical contractor and fabricator in the Northwest for over 30 years. Based in Kitimat, BC, we initially started as Zanron Fabrication & Machine Co. Ltd., offering local fabrication and machining support to the region's industrial plants. Over time, we’ve evolved from a small operation to a full-service mechanical contractor, incorporating engineering, project management, and a wide range of specialized services, including structural steel detailing, gas and pipe fitting, and HVAC systems.

Our growth was further fueled by our involvement in key projects such as the Kitimat Modernization Project, where we contributed to a variety of steel fabrication and painting tasks. With a dedicated workforce of 50 to 100 employees, Zanron is proud to support major projects, including the Rio Tinto Kitimat smelter and the LNG Canada project.

In 2023, we took a significant step forward by joining the Hillcore Group of Companies. This partnership allows us to expand our services and leverage additional resources, strengthening our ability to deliver comprehensive, turnkey solutions.
